“Windstorm,” from dream-pop trio School of Seven Bells, was released in early June, with sophomore LP, Disconnect From Desire, following in July. But something seems a little out of sync, promo-wise, since the band posted a video for “Windstorm” only yesterday.
“Windstorm” isn’t as immediate a grabber as last year’s “Half Asleep” was, but the song will no doubt hold your attention after a few spins. Sort of like the visual translation in the aforementioned clip, which is more mini-twister than full-on, batten-down-the-hatches windstorm:
