Check out the new video for Frankmusik’s “Do It In The AM,” the title song and lead single from his forthcoming sophomore album (no release date on that just yet).

The “Do It In The AM” clip is so very L.A., comprising shots of the ocean (perfect for those pensive moments), the desert (dressed in layers as if it’s totally natural), and of course, a lot of late-night partying (in club, at home, on the streets). Far East Movement, who contribute a (mercifully) short rap on the song, feature prominently in the clip, playing posse to Frankmusik. Is this the ex-Londoner’s California dream come true, or is this a bit of Cherry Cherry Boom Boom gone bust?

Still, the song’s hook — “A to the M, then we do it again” — manages to rise above it all:
