This welcome missive from Alphabeat popped up in my in-box this morning. Their second album, The Spell, is out on October 19th, led by a single of the same name a week earlier:

Of course, those are almost positively UK-only dates, so I guess I’ll have to get my import on again. If you’re not intimately familiar with this Danish sextet’s fantastically fun, ’80s-inspired pop, don’t sit on the sidelines. Get yourself schooled via YouTube.
