Yay! I just read the news that CBS has wisely renewed How I Met Your Mother, the sitcom I’ve been begging you to watch, for a fourth season.

Tonight’s episode featured the return of Britney Spears, who delivered record ratings for the series a few weeks back. Once again the pop princess acquitted herself well in her role, though tonight’s outing offered HIMYM fans no real forward movement on the titular storyline. Wait—Ms. Toxic can’t be Ted’s true love, right?

Well, at least we’re guaranteed another season of clues as to who he ultimately ends up with (and Barney’s blog, too). Suit up!
