Forget all of the Monday morning quarterbacking about which Super Bowl ad was the best. I neglected to set TiVo, so I’ll catch the commercials via Hulu later, but from what folks have said around the office this morning, most weren’t wowed by what they saw.
Still, there was one truly spectacular performance in Tampa last night, and it wasn’t Springsteen. Jennifer Hudson, in her first major appearance since tragedy struck her family last year, took to the microphone and delivered a breathtaking rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner”:
Wow. Top that, Whitney.
