On Friday, Rye Rye and Robyn closed out The Tonight Show with Jay Leno with a performance of their hip-hop/pop hybrid, “Never Will Be Mine.” The Baltimore rapper’s track, from her endlessly delayed Go! Pop! Bang! — now supposedly due September 6 — incorporates the chorus from the Swedish synthpopper’s “Be Mine,” from 2005′s self-titled Robyn.

It’s unclear what sort of avian life decided to nest atop Rye Rye’s noggin’ that night and the less said about her denim three-piece the better, but I’m loving Robyn’s retro mesh Boy London T-shirt. I didn’t know that the fashion label, once donned in the ’80s by Boy George, Pet Shop Boys, and others was back!
