Yesterday Dr. Luke, pop producer to Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Britney Spears, and Avril Lavigne, tweeted a YouTube link with Perry’s name and a simple “yeah!!!!” (Maybe the two aren’t on the outs after all?)
“Last Bulletproof Dance Night” comes from prolific German mashup producer Marc Johnce, who’s stitched together bits of Katy Perry’s “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.),” La Roux’s “Bulletproof,” and Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own.” Featuring female artists from three different countries, Johnce’s lovely lady combo was tailor made for International Women’s Day this past Tuesday, but Dr. Luke was a day too late with his tweet. Plus, Johnce’s mashup actually dates back to last September anyway.
